How to

  1. Open a tour and choose Money (leaders only).
  2. Click Per diems to add the daily rate for everyone on the road.
  3. Click Expense for fuel, flights, rentals and supplies, and attach the receipt.
  4. Watch Net at the bottom of the P&L.
