You confirm the booking

Nothing gets signed until you've checked it. When a client asks to book, you see what they picked with flags for anything to check, change any line, then confirm. Travel is priced from the distance you enter.

How to

  1. A "Harper asked to book" row shows in Needs you and in the gig's Client section.
  2. Read the flags and their note.
  3. Type the distance to price travel, and edit, add or remove any line. Add a note to the client if you like.
  4. Tap Confirm and send. If you changed anything, they see each change and accept the final price before signing.

Tip

Prefer to skip this for simple bookings? Confirm automatically when nothing needs checking is off to start. Even when on, it never confirms with unknown travel, a date clash or a note.
