Deposit and balance

Your deposit, your way: 25%, 30%, 50% or a fixed amount, due within a few days of signing. The balance is due a set number of days before the event.

  1. One settingContracts, quotes and invoices all use it.

How to

  1. In Packages and prices, open Deposit and balance.
  2. Tap 25%, 30% or 50%, or set a custom percentage or a fixed amount.
  3. Set when the deposit is due after signing, and when the balance is due before the event (30 days to start).
  4. The example line shows what a client would pay and when.

One booking can have a different deposit. Change it in that gig's Client section.
