Welcome, lineups, add-ons, packages, travel, deposit and balance, busy dates, and what clients can change.

  1. Packages and pricesSettings → Packages and prices.

How to

  1. Welcome: one line, a photo and an optional video.
  2. Lineups: price, what's included, who's on stage, what it adds, Most booked.
  3. Add-ons: flat, per hour or per musician, free, options, build the group, event types, Popular.
  4. Packages: a lineup plus included add-ons, at a set price or items less a percentage. Add a package works straight away: a lineup with no price gets its price in the package form, saved to Lineups too.
  5. Travel: off, per km per musician, or flat by distance. Optional hotel nights and crew.
  6. Deposit and balance: 25%, 30%, 50%, custom or fixed. Balance due 30 days before to start. Remind clients to pay emails them before each payment is due and if it's late, and stops as soon as it's paid.
  7. Busy dates: peak-date rules, hold length (7 days to start) and the popular line (on).
  8. Clients: clients can change the lineup and add-ons (on), show prices (on), confirm automatically when nothing needs checking (off).
